Tropical Fruit Breakfast Smoothie

I love to make smoothies up on the fly and this one I concocted turned out to be perfectly balanced. Now it does clock in at 600 calories in one sitting, but if you are planning on having a small lunch it is perfect to keep you going!

1 serving (just over a pint) – approx 600 calories

  • 125g Frozen Tropical Fruit (pineapple, papaya, mango, grapes)
  • 200g Alpro Plain Yoghurt
  • 20g Chopped Dates
  • 25g Rolled Oats
  • 15g Honey (optional)
  • 60g Coconut Milk
  • 1 Banana (about 100g)
  • 250ml Unsweetened Soya Milk

Blitz together and enjoy!
