1 serving – approx 400 calories
- 150g frozen red fruit (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, red & black currants)
- 100g Alpro vanilla yoghurt
- 1 banana (approx 100g)
- 250ml unsweetened soya milk
- 1tsp honey
- A few mint leaves
Zap it all together and enjoy!
