Banana & Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

My life is currently consumed with breakfast smoothies, they’re just so tasty and filling! This recipe is really simple and will get your day off to a flying start!

Banana & Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

This will make roughly 2 pints  – approx 330 calories per pint

  • 2 Bananas (about 200g)
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 1 inch block creamed coconut – chopped or grated or 50g coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Chia seeds
  • 125g vanilla soya yoghurt
  • 500ml unsweetened soya milk
  • Splash of lemon juice

Blitz it all together and enjoy
